Privacy Policy
Relock, Inc. · Effective date: July 2026
Relock, Inc. (“Relock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website at relock.security and when you use the Relock Sandbox at sandbox.relock.security (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Relock, Inc. is a company based in Austin, Texas, United States. If you have any question or request regarding your privacy or this Policy, contact us:
Przemyslaw Czerklewicz, Chief Executive Officer
Relock, Inc.
701 Brazos St., STE 150, Austin, TX 78701
2. Information we collect
We collect only the limited information needed to operate the Services and to respond to you.
Information you provide to us
- When you contact us, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
- When you request access to the Sandbox, we collect the email address you provide for that purpose.
- When you accept this Privacy Policy or choose whether to receive our updates, we record your choice together with the date and time you made it, so that we can honor it and demonstrate that it was given.
Information collected automatically
- Essential cookies only. The website and the Sandbox use only strictly necessary (“essential”) cookies required for the Services to function and to keep them secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies.
- Basic technical logs. As with most web services, our servers automatically record limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps — for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation. We do not use this information to track you across other websites or services.
What the Sandbox does not collect
The Sandbox is a demonstration environment. It does not collect or store your web session data or the device-bound key material generated in your browser during use. The only personal information associated with Sandbox use is the email address you provide to obtain access.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information, demo, or Sandbox access you request;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- send you administrative or transactional messages related to your request;
- where you have separately and expressly opted in, send you Relock research and product updates; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
The email address you provide to access the Sandbox is used to provide that access and, only if you have expressly opted in, to send you Relock research and product updates. We do not use it for any other marketing purpose, and we do not sell or rent it. Opting in is entirely optional and is never a condition of access. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us using the details in Section 1.
We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not provide it to any third party for that purpose.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only in these limited circumstances:
- to service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract — for example, website and application hosting and email delivery — solely to provide the Services;
- to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Relock, our users, or the public; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or provide notice of any material change.
5. Cookies and your choices
We use only essential cookies, as described in Section 2. Because these cookies are required for the Services to work, disabling them may prevent parts of the Services from functioning. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. We do not track users across third-party websites, and we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because we do not perform such tracking.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, to maintain your Sandbox access, or to meet legal, security, or record-keeping requirements — after which we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure; while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and the sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties involved; to request correction of inaccurate personal information; to request deletion of your personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the category of “identifiers” (such as name, email address, and company name) and limited “internet or other electronic network activity information” (such as IP address and essential-cookie data), collected from you directly or automatically as described in Section 2, and used for the business purposes described in Section 3. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect “sensitive personal information” as defined by the CPRA.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will verify your request using information associated with you (for example, your email address) and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Residents of other U.S. states
Depending on your state of residence — for example, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information, engage in targeted advertising, or conduct such profiling. To exercise any right available to you, contact us using the details in Section 1. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; where available, you may also contact your state Attorney General.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
Relock is based in the United States, and the Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
